The Bloopers - Surya Namaskar B

It was Rudi's first time making a video and it took us a while to get him comfortable in front of the camera. The process took about 108 tries to get right, but in the end we did it! Here are some bloopers just to show the difficulty involved in the process. Hope you enjoy it!

Surya Namaskar B

Sun Salutation B is a wonderful way to warm up the body and get that internal fire going; it increases your heart rate and gets the blood pumping. A tip though: before attempting Surya B, do a couple rounds of Surya A to warm the body in anticipation for your Surya B practice. Once you are familiar with the Surya B sequence you can start adding additional poses after your Virabhadrasana I (Warrior 1)
